We are an ambitious start-up from Siegen. We operate innovative charging stations for electric cars that are also used as digital advertising spaces. We contribute to the sustainable expansion of the E-charging infrastructure and market our DOOH displays in addition.
Your Task
Office Organization and Management
– Ensuring the smooth running of all office processes, including management of office infrastructure, inventory management, and organizational procedures.
– Management of contracts and communication with external service providers.Appointment and Travel Coordination
– Organization of appointments, meetings, and business trips for the management team as well as processing travel expense reports.Support for Management
– Close collaboration with management and support with administrative and organizational tasks.Team and Event Management
– Planning and organizing internal events, team-building activities, and workshops.
– Supporting the HR department with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.Management and Optimization of Workflows
– Analysis and improvement of office processes to increase efficiency and reduce administrative costs.
– Ensuring compliance with all compliance guidelines and data protection regulations.
What You Should Bring
You bring initial experience in office organization or management, ideally in a similar role such as Office Manager or Team Assistant.
You possess strong organizational skills and can prioritize and execute multiple tasks concurrently without losing attention to detail.
You communicate confidently and enjoy working with different teams. Your high social competence and friendly demeanor make you a valuable contact person.
You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) and have experience with project management and communication tools.
You are self-initiated, work proactively, have high self-motivation, are a self-starter, and independently find effective solutions for challenges.
You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, ideally for working in an international environment.
