We are an ambitious start-up from Siegen. We operate innovative charging stations for electric cars that are also used as digital advertising spaces. We contribute to the sustainable expansion of the E-charging infrastructure and market our DOOH displays in addition.

Your Task

  • Office Organization and Management 
    – Ensuring the smooth running of all office processes, including management of office infrastructure, inventory management, and organizational procedures. 
    – Management of contracts and communication with external service providers.

  • Appointment and Travel Coordination 
    – Organization of appointments, meetings, and business trips for the management team as well as processing travel expense reports. 

  • Support for Management 
    – Close collaboration with management and support with administrative and organizational tasks. 

  • Team and Event Management 
    – Planning and organizing internal events, team-building activities, and workshops.
    – Supporting the HR department with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. 

  • Management and Optimization of Workflows 
    – Analysis and improvement of office processes to increase efficiency and reduce administrative costs. 
    – Ensuring compliance with all compliance guidelines and data protection regulations.


What You Should Bring

  • You bring initial experience in office organization or management, ideally in a similar role such as Office Manager or Team Assistant. 

  • You possess strong organizational skills and can prioritize and execute multiple tasks concurrently without losing attention to detail. 

  • You communicate confidently and enjoy working with different teams. Your high social competence and friendly demeanor make you a valuable contact person. 

  • You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) and have experience with project management and communication tools.

  • You are self-initiated, work proactively, have high self-motivation, are a self-starter, and independently find effective solutions for challenges. 

  • You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, ideally for working in an international environment.
