Customer Advisor for Media Sales – Full-time m/f/d

We are an ambitious start-up from Siegen. We operate innovative charging stations for electric cars, which are also used as digital advertising spaces. We contribute to the sustainable expansion of the e-charging infrastructure and market our DOOH displays additionally.
Your Task
You are the first contact person for new advertising customers and prepare a long-term B2B customer relationship.
You create customer-specific advertising offers for our innovative digital Out-of-Home advertising medium at e-charging stations and negotiate these until the successful conclusion of a contract.
You research, identify and qualify new customers with your creativity and hands-on mentality and develop strategies for outbound lead generation with a personal approach by phone or email, in digital meetings, or in person on-site.
You plan and coordinate your customer contacts with your CRM software, document your communication flow, and manage your projects independently.
You work closely with the sales team, the locations & marketing team and bring your own ideas for improvement or further development of our sales strategies and methods.
What You Should Bring
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and can convince through initial professional experience in the field of sales - ideally B2B.
You bring passion for sales, are confident in your appearance, and know how to inspire customers with our digital Out-of-Home advertising medium.
You can recognize customer needs and offer suitable solutions. You manage to build a trusting and sustainable customer relationship through your personality and communication style.
You act on your initiative, are a self-starter, and eager to create new things. You are a team player and open to cooperative and collegial collaboration with all advercharge team members.
You have very good knowledge of German and communicate confidently in English (spoken and written).
You have good knowledge of Google (Gmail, Meet, Drive) and experience in handling CRM systems (including HubSpot).
