Customer Advisor for Media Sales – Full-time m/f/d

We are an ambitious start-up from Siegen. We operate innovative charging stations for electric cars, which are also used as digital advertising spaces. We contribute to the sustainable expansion of the e-charging infrastructure and market our DOOH displays additionally.

Your Task

  • You are the first contact person for new advertising customers and prepare a long-term B2B customer relationship.

  • You create customer-specific advertising offers for our innovative digital Out-of-Home advertising medium at e-charging stations and negotiate these until the successful conclusion of a contract.

  • You research, identify and qualify new customers with your creativity and hands-on mentality and develop strategies for outbound lead generation with a personal approach by phone or email, in digital meetings, or in person on-site.

  • You plan and coordinate your customer contacts with your CRM software, document your communication flow, and manage your projects independently.

  • You work closely with the sales team, the locations & marketing team and bring your own ideas for improvement or further development of our sales strategies and methods.


What You Should Bring

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and can convince through initial professional experience in the field of sales - ideally B2B.

  • You bring passion for sales, are confident in your appearance, and know how to inspire customers with our digital Out-of-Home advertising medium.

  • You can recognize customer needs and offer suitable solutions. You manage to build a trusting and sustainable customer relationship through your personality and communication style.

  • You act on your initiative, are a self-starter, and eager to create new things. You are a team player and open to cooperative and collegial collaboration with all advercharge team members.

  • You have very good knowledge of German and communicate confidently in English (spoken and written).

  • You have good knowledge of Google (Gmail, Meet, Drive) and experience in handling CRM systems (including HubSpot).
