Customer Consultant for Media Sales – Full-time m/f/d

We are an ambitious start-up from Siegen. We operate innovative charging stations for electric cars, which are also used as digital advertising spaces. We contribute to the sustainable expansion of the e-charging infrastructure and offer our services. Additionally, we market our DOOH displays.
Your Task
You are the first contact person for new advertising clients and prepare a long-term B2B customer relationship.
You create customized advertising offers for our innovative digital out-of-home advertising medium at e-charging stations and negotiate them until a successful contract conclusion.
With your creativity and hands-on mentality, you research, identify, and qualify new customers and develop strategies for outbound lead generation with a personal approach via phone or email, in digital meetings, or in person on-site.
You plan and coordinate your customer contacts with your CRM software, document your communication flow, and independently manage your projects.
You work closely with the sales team, the locations & marketing team, and contribute your own ideas for improving or further developing our sales strategies and methods.
What You Should Bring
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and can impress with initial professional experience in sales – ideally B2B.
You bring a passion for sales, are confident in your appearance, and know how to excite clients about our digital out-of-home advertising medium.
You can identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions. You manage to build a trusting and sustainable customer relationship through your personality and communication style.
You act on your own initiative, are a self-starter and eager to create something new. You are a team player and open to cooperative and collegial collaboration with all advercharge team members.
You have very good German language skills and communicate confidently in English (spoken and written).
You possess good knowledge of Google (Gmail, Meet, Drive) and experience with CRM systems (including HubSpot).
