Customer Consultant for Media Sales – Full-time m/f/d

We are an ambitious start-up from Siegen. We operate innovative charging stations for electric cars, which are also used as digital advertising spaces. We contribute to the sustainable expansion of the e-charging infrastructure and offer our services. Additionally, we market our DOOH displays.
Your Task
- You are the first contact person for new advertising clients and prepare a long-term B2B customer relationship. 
- You create customized advertising offers for our innovative digital out-of-home advertising medium at e-charging stations and negotiate them until a successful contract conclusion. 
- With your creativity and hands-on mentality, you research, identify, and qualify new customers and develop strategies for outbound lead generation with a personal approach via phone or email, in digital meetings, or in person on-site. 
- You plan and coordinate your customer contacts with your CRM software, document your communication flow, and independently manage your projects. 
- You work closely with the sales team, the locations & marketing team, and contribute your own ideas for improving or further developing our sales strategies and methods. 
What You Should Bring
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and can impress with initial professional experience in sales – ideally B2B. 
- You bring a passion for sales, are confident in your appearance, and know how to excite clients about our digital out-of-home advertising medium. 
- You can identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions. You manage to build a trusting and sustainable customer relationship through your personality and communication style. 
- You act on your own initiative, are a self-starter and eager to create something new. You are a team player and open to cooperative and collegial collaboration with all advercharge team members. 
- You have very good German language skills and communicate confidently in English (spoken and written). 
- You possess good knowledge of Google (Gmail, Meet, Drive) and experience with CRM systems (including HubSpot).
