Consultant - Media Sales Full-time (m/f/d)

We are an ambitious start-up from Siegen. We operate innovative charging stations for electric cars, which are additionally used as digital advertising spaces. We contribute to the sustainable expansion of the e-charging infrastructure and offer our. Additionally, we market our DOOH displays.

Your Task

  • You are the first contact person for new advertising clients and prepare a long-term B2B customer relationship.

  • You create customer-specific advertising offers for our innovative digital out-of-home advertising medium at e-charging stations and negotiate these until a successful contract conclusion.

  • With your creativity and hands-on mentality, you research, identify and qualify new customers and develop strategies for outbound lead generation with a personal approach by phone or email, in digital meetings, or in person on site.

  • You plan and coordinate your customer contacts with your CRM software, document your communication flow, and independently manage your projects.

  • You work closely with the sales team, the locations & marketing team and contribute your own ideas for improving or further developing our sales strategies and methods.


What You Should Bring

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and can impress with your first work experiences in the field of sales – ideally B2B.

  • You bring passion for sales, are confident in your demeanor, and know how to excite customers about our digital out-of-home advertising medium.

  • You can recognize customer needs and offer suitable solutions. You manage to build a trustworthy and sustainable customer relationship through your personality and communication style.

  • You act on your own initiative, are a self-starter, and eager to create new things. You are a team player and open to cooperative and collegial collaboration with all advercharge team members.

  • You have very good German language skills and communicate confidently in English (both spoken and written).

  • You possess good knowledge of Google (Gmail, Meet, Drive) and experience with CRM systems (including HubSpot).
